You know this is so true! David Gregory practically kissed Imus a few weeks ago and was reporting it with relish. Olbermann, I heard, quietly went to his bosses and recommended Imus be fired. All these people who eagerly appeared on his show practically don't know him now.

The MSNBC VP guy that was on the other night did mention that the decision was made after hearing grievances from a number of employees. The first two names that crossed my mind were Andrea Mitchell and Nora O'Donnell.

Olbermann is such a sleazy guy. He probably thinks he has a shot at the show.
