It's been widely reported here in NJ that the governor rarely -- if ever -- wore a seat belt when he was traveling in his motorcade. So I think it would be a safe bet that he wasn't wearing one yesterday.

Someone also mentioned (maybe here on this thread) that Corzine was known to flip the bird at motorists who didn't move over quickly to make way for his motorcade. If this is true (and it would not be out of character for this moron to do this), then screw him.
