Austin's departure began Monday when, after a particularly bad practice, he sat the team down to discuss their lack of intensity. He singled out certain players and referred to the play of one of them by comparing him to girls and by using a homosexual slur.

If the slur I assume is calling the kid a faggot or fag; comparing him to a cigarette! That would violate school policy against nicotine product bigotry, and he deserves to get fired! Nappy headed b@st@rd!
