I miss Wisconsin Me too. Summer of 1979 in Sheboygan. I was 21, the legal drinking age was 18. The women (girls to me now) were beautiful and friendly. The brats were really good too.

>>Why does an establishment that sells beer/wine need permission from the legislature to give it away?.........
Because legislatures probably made giving away alcohol illegal in the first place.<<
Somebody may still have to pay the tax on it.
