My theory is that Rosie has been hit with a dose of reality about her whacko 9/11 conspiracy theories. Since she made her idiotic statements she has been pounded in the media with FACTS that disprove the idiot things she was taking at face value because an equally idiotic liberal told her it was so. I think she is feeling down because she is probably questioning everything she believes in right now. The question that needs to be answered, and they question they are waffling on answering, is whether he *was* committed or he went voluntarily for those two days.
If he went voluntarily I’m not so sure 11f would need be answered in the positive.

“Commitment” is a formal legal process and “adjudication” means a legal process culminating in a formal court order finding mental illness. A referral by a teacher or voluntary admission for a couple of days’ evaluation would not qualify.
I agree with you. I have only touched a gun maybe three or four times in my life for qualifications in the military and I have never hunted in my life. I still 100 percent support the 2nd Amendment!

A judge would have to rule one to be incompetant
for the stay to amount to being commited.
At the Million Mom March in DC, Rosie's bodyguards had their guns confiscated by the Park Police (Guns are illegal in DC). I was told this by someone in the know.
