Please check out Phsstpok’s EXCELLENT Sunday Talk Show PRE-Thread. It’s a great way to hear analysis on why the DBM picks the guests, what they’ll probably discuss, and other pertinent facts. Also, check out his blog!

Good morning, Alas.

Will we find out how Republicans are responsible for all of the ills of the world, including slaughters on college campuses?

I see Biden isnt on today.

I would like to have seen him defend his comments saying Republicans are responsible for the VT killings.

Thanks, AB & Good Morning to EveryOne! Congrats to the top 3 winners last week.

Spellings & Leavitt on MTP. Is Russert going after one of their heads (as he did for Chertoff)?

Wallace is on his tired, old game.

From CBS press release: For the April 9 broadcast, FACE THE NATION posted 3.27 million viewers, This is the broadcast's best viewer delivery and best household delivery since 2/4/05. Schieffer had an exclusive interview with Vice President Dick Cheney which was broadcast last Sunday.

Both the sleuth and P have done excellent jobs once more and we thank you for the thread once again AB. Looks like another lackluster pick of guests for even lamer shows than usual, but we shall see.

At least Howard Kurtz will have Hugh Hewitt on his show & both were critical on NBC even before NBC aired that video.

If anyone needs a jolt in lieu of the normal morning coffee, this morning’s Washington Journal has the Editors of Washington Monthly and Human Events as guests. The WM Editor is practically Moveon caliber of partisanship.

Since Human Events is always referred to as a “conservative” outlet, I wonder if WM is just as routinely referenced as “liberal” or “leftwing?”

Wallace is on his tired, old game.

Rapist42 removed the one nut Wallace had left... unless you believe he gave it to him.

LOL You noticed.

There is a lady caller now who wants to know why Nazi Pelosi isn't facing charges under the Logan Act. Now Glastris is trying to defend Pelosi as not having done anything illegal.

My plan to watch “Fox News Sunday” after six months have been has been deep sixed. Thanks for reminding me why I stopped watching, and the thought that Mr. Wallace continues to ride the same tired, nearly dead old horse, and makes me wonder why
I’m not sleeping in today!

That’s ok Snugs. Last night I had to take my Mother to the hospital. She has acute kidney failure and a very bad bladder infection. She’s in ICU and I’ve got to go back (I was there until 1:00 am) in an hour to see how she’s doing. Doctor has her on some strong antibiotics to clear this up, which we hope will get her kidneys going again.

If y’all could say a short prayer I’d be very much obliged to you.

Sen. Patrick Leahy, D-Vt

Hic! Levin played a clip of him badly slurring his speech the other day. As one who used to slur a LOT of speech. I recognized the style.

(If he has a health issue I am unaware of, please tell me and I will ask this post be nuked.)
