Some of you may have read an article by Stephan Hayes of the Weekly Standard where he wrote about terrorist operations planed by Saddam regime in May 1999 to be conducted in Europe and elsewhere. The code name of the terrorist operations was called “Blessed July”. The operations were planned by Uday Saddam Hussein who was in charge of Saddam Feedeyeens and they called him as well the Supervisor or the Commander as you will read in the translation below. This Iraqi document ISGZ-2004-01894 is yet another powerful proof that Saddam regime was heavily involved with terrorism and President Bush made the absolute right decision to remove such a terrorist regime from power after 9/11. And this document is yet another proof to show liberals and their media that they are simply lying when they say that Saddam regime has no connections to terrorism, it was not just connections but the regime by itself was a “Terrorist Regime”.
The translation below was made by the Pentagon translator(s) and the translated document was posted on the FMSO Iraqi documents website before it was unfortunately shut down on November 2nd 2006. Fortunately I was able to download it and save it before the website shut down

My respect and regards Sir.
Referral to your Excellency’s orders on the days of 20-25/05/1999 to start planning from on to perform special operations (assassinations/bombings) for the centers and the traitor symbols in the fields of (London/Iran/Self ruled areas) and for coordination with the Intelligence service to secure deliveries, accommodations, and target guidance. Also, I would like to indicate here (according to the first directed operation plan) the explanations of all the orders and directives that have been issued to us by you during the first and the second meetings with your Excellency which lay the ground works toward our achieving the goal.

11. The final plans, with timing, and the necessary fundamentals for execution, should be written in two copies. Once copy for the higher authorities and the other copy to be kept with the working team until the order are issued.
12. General subjects
A – The ex-order in the Jordanian field is cancelled.
B- The traitors must followed (movements, residences, activities) at all fields at this time.
C-Discussion of the work possibilities at the Lebanese field.

5- Execution steps.
A- Select (50 fedayeen martyrs according to required specifications.
B- Admit them in a seminar at the Intelligence School to prepare them for the required duties.
C- After passing the tests they will be selected for the target as follow:
First: The first ten will work in the European field (London)
Second: The second ten will be working in the Iranian field.
Third: The third ten will be working in the Self ruled area.
D- After passing the final test the fedayeens will sent as undercover passengers, each one according to his work site, for the purpose of preparations and to acquire and coordinate with the Intelligence Apparatus and Mr. ‘Aiath.
6. After completion of what is indicate in (5) above the major and general steps should be prepared for execution and are to be supervised by the respectful Mr. Supervisor and to determine his remarks.
7. Revisions of the plan, according to the (Supervisor) remarks, coordination, and description of the plans will be presented to the Intelligence Apparatus as follows.

They shut the website after the New York Times wrote an article about a complaint form the IAEA who said that there was a sensitive document about Saddam nuclear program published on the website and it should not have been published. The document was part of the 1996 FFCD (Full Complete and Final Disclosure) presented to the UN and IAEA by Iraq and details their nuclear program activity as well as other WMD programs. Any nation who is a member of the IAEA could have accessed this 1996 document in one way or another and they do not need to wait for the Pentagon to publish such a document 10 years after the fact.

The Demagogues, the IAEA, and the NY Times worked in concert to create a little furor about a doc with nuclear related info that the IAEA suddenly claimed could help countries like Iran..... funny how no one in the servile leftist media seemed to notice that these clowns claim simultaneously that (1) Saddam’s regime was no threat at all, and (2) just ONE doc from the millions in the archives could be of value to the nuclear weapons programs of rogue states like Iran.
On the one hand, we are not supposed to pay attention to these docs because there’s nothing there (sic)...... OTOH, the website for the docs had to be shut down because of the grave sensitivity of these docs........ these ass-clowns can’t even keep their own propaganda story straight!
