“He stops short of accusing the New York senator of blatantly lying about her past...”
“...because he still plans on voting for her in both the primaries and the general election.”
I wouldn’t doubt for a moment that this is a soft-hitting expose performed in an attempt to defend Mrs. Bill Clinton and to pull the rug out from whatever hit machine the Republicans may have.
The common response to any allegations the Republicans come up with toward the election will be:
“Bernstein already dissected her and she’s pretty clean and has already cleared up everything that looked questionable. We don’t even need to discuss _____.”

Judging from the article, I fail to see how the book is going to be "a hard-hitting and intimate portrait of the 2008 presidential candidate, which will reveal a number of discrepancies in her official story." The article fails to disclose anything that is negative about Hillary except that she is a victim. And the papers of her "best friend" will no doubt reinforce that based on her dying words,[at least according to Hillary],She pressed my hand tightly and whispered to me, Dont ever give up on yourself and what you believe in. Take care of Bill and Chelsea. They need you. And win this election for me."
I think there will be plenty of sizzle and no steak. Hillary will once again be the victim, bloodied but unbowed.

He is as despicable as she is...just in a different way.
He is a slimeball.
She is a marxist slimeball.

the Clintons lie with such ease, its troubling. No kidding.
But where were these troubled lefties in 1992?

Clinton said last week that she would appoint her husband ambassador to the world if elected to the White House. I cant think of a better cheer-leader for America than Bill Clinton, can you? she said.OH YES!!
Even Pee-Wee Herman would be better, more honest, less pompous and lacking in the trailer-park smell...
Just saying.

I thought Woodward and Bernstein were slanderous hacks and nothing they ever wrote or said had an ounce of truth.

The book is probably not hard hitting and is likely to tout Hillary as perfect for the Presidency. But if they advertised/promoted it that way, not one would buy it beyond Chelsea and maybe Web Hubble.

Berstein still does have writer’s block. However Carville and Begala found enough words to fill in the blanks.

In her memoir, Living History, she writes about seeing her friend for the last time in an Arkansas hospice. She pressed my hand tightly and whispered to me, Dont ever give up on yourself and what you believe in. Take care of Bill and Chelsea. They need you. And win this election for me. for the gipper
Count that BS script as one of the stories Bernstein is likely to refute.

In your opinion has Bernstein always been a great hard hitting writer who has always been truthful?
If you buy what Bernstein writes today you must also buy everything he has written in the past.

I doubt that anything in this book will come as a surprise to most members of FR. Clinton's dirty laundry has been aired countless times. The MSM just doesn't care. If Hillary lined up a bunch of Jews and shot them, Pinch Sulzberger would editorialize that Clinton found an interesting way to revive the debate over neo cons.
Definitely a book to check out of the library. Bernstein gets no royalty dollars from me.

Feels like a setup. The book will be 90% kissing Hillary!’s fat ass and some discrepancies, like knowing about her husband’s affairs, that no one will care about. It’s really a rehab for her Thighness. If she continued to push the “gasping for breath” didn’t know line of B.S., then America would rightly ask: “How f&cking stupid are you? Are you the only person in America that didn’t know Bill is a sex addict?”

She’ll never be asked a tough question about the book or anything that’s in it.
The Clinton’s get a free pass from the MSM.
