Segolene Royal, the Socialist contender in France's presidential run-off, has warned of violence sweeping the country if rivalling right-winger Nicolas Sarkozy wins the elections.

"I think that choosing Nicolas Sarkozy would be a dangerous choice. I do not want France to shift towards a system of brutality," Royal told RTL radio on Friday, the final day of campaigning ahead of Sunday's vote.

But do you know if he prefers White babies, Brown babies, Black babies or Yellow Babies? I'm not sure I could support someone that's "biased".

No matter what this crazy woman says about Sarkozy, she is still going to lose this election.

I think she is right..but that isn’t a reason to vote to an appeaser of the violent, criminal, lazy and others who are destroying Europe.
I think Bush should invited him to the US immediatley..if elected. Otherwise nominate Hillary to be the ambassador.

Segolene Royal’s statement on this matter has probably guaranteed Nicolas Sarkozy’s election by an impressive margin. Not a smart move on her part.

Yeah, working 40 hour weeks and being competitive in the world economy is just so brutal!

Yeha, and Royal’s one of them, a socialist. She’s just trying last-minute scare tactics, typical for a lefty.

With these kind of comments she's already admitting that she's got no hope of winning the election.

Her political career is toast.

Another clue: she is visiting Brittany today. That region was one of her big success stories in the runoff election.

The fact that she feels it necessary to visit that region so close to election day means that she is just trying to avoid an embarrassing landslide.

She just locked up the “Muslim yoot” vote. Sarkozy is going to crush the car burners first thing, and that is why the lazy French are going to elect him.

Which is so much better than handing the nation over to the Islamists.

Royal promises a peaceful surrender.

Good for you, baby. You do your ideology proud!!

You see, France's problem is that no matter who wins this election their president will be French...

Actually, smart French voters and the business sector will understand that what she means is he'll stand up to the Muslim crazies and Lefty nutjobs.

Sarko is lucky. His opponent has started campaigning for him.

Shoo-in for Sarko. It's hardly worth waiting for the inevitable "Sarkozy Elected President In Landslide" headlines.

Hmm...”Elect me or the rioters will tear the country apart!” is not exactly the ploy of a patriotic politician. The Democrats are taking note.
