If Pelosi Galore is such a big fan of benchmarks, can we put results bench marks on all public school teachers?

Just wondering.....

‘Benchmarks Without Consequences and Enforcement are Meaningless’

Kind of like her 100 hour agenda.

And just what “consequences” does she think she’s empowered to inflict on the Commander-in Chief? LOL.

Crikey, she’s becoming more of a joke than that half-black kid thinking he’s going to grow up to be president.

The Democrat Party rules without consquences.

No consquences for pushing her communism/socialism.
No consquences for their hedonistic lives.
No consequences for trying to destrol the eccomony.
No consequences for openly advocating defeat and supporting the enemy.

The only thing pelosi case about is the aquisition of personal power.

No - As much as our warriors have done in this WOT....That this WH and RNC have not made sure there is a fully resourced WOT 527 up and running is shameful.

To try and suggest warriors down range should not only be fighting a war 24/7 in some of the roughest and toughest terrain on earth....but also have to be the one's running their own PR 527 campaign back state side is BS.

The DEMs have been involved completely with Move.On and other anti-war 527s from the beginning. They make sure they are staffed and funded, etc...

That we don't have a fully resourced WOT supporting 527 up and running (by indirect support from the RNC/WH) is shameful.

Once such an organization was up and running ...additional revenues would certainly flow in from the grassroots...

What the WH and RNC need to do is have the powers that be (behind the scenes) get a WOT supporting 527 up and running - Touting our successes, touting WHY we are in this fight and WHY we must stay on the offensive....While at the same time showing the DEM leadership (and the MSM) for who they really are.

That, DevSix, is the mystery of the century. Even during WWII, there were radio ads and posters everywhere. Remember War Bonds? It made everyday people feel like they were part of something important. And the government paid for it.

Apparently, the big-bucks folks who fund the 527s are saving their money for bigger and better things. Perhaps the private money groups don't think that promoting the WOT will give them the political payoff they are seeking.

For military knowledge, Pelosi's plucky and adventury
was only learnt on TV in reruns Gilliganury
But still, in matters vegetable, animal, and mineral
She is the well-dressed model of a modern Major-General

While I’m not going to support Pelosi Galore on much of anything, the headline is not inaccurate. Right now, the Iraqi Parliament, with all the problems in the country, is getting ready to go on a two-month vacation. If they do that, hell, I’m not opposed to us withdrawing some support. If they aren’t taking the rebuilding of their own country seriously, why should we keep sending blood and treasure over there to do it for them?

This is one of the President’s problems with the war. He’s always had the opposition to the war from the left, and a small amount from the right (the Buchanan paleocons, and the Ron Paul libertarians). But now, as time drags on and the Iraqi powers-that-be don’t seem serious about their own rebuilding, that thunder on the right is going to get a lot louder—and, IMO, justifiably so. It’s a serious and growing problem, and it’s going to get in the way of our real mission in Iraq, destroying Islamonazis and trying to stand up a (semi-)functional democracy as a buffer against them.
