AS to the letter, it smells and looks like a fraud to me, too many words mispelled and too many simply made up.

It's legit, rface just made the typos transcribing it from the original.

I just received an email from Jim Quinn of the Quinn & Rose show. He write of the DNC response, "FUNNY. THEY HAVEN'T CONTACTED US."

The PDF sent to XM claims they CC'd Quinn via email. Of course, the DNC are a bunch of liars (I read that on the internet!), so I wouldn't believe them anyway.
