After reading this I went to see what the DUmmies are saying about it. I could find nothing. Odd, usually they would be braying like jackasses over something like this.

There is a thread about the C&D letter that outlines the story. The black-hole-stupid morons are hoping the DNC will crush FR for discussing the story.....yes, the same one they are discussing.

Anybody listening to Quinn's show this morning? His "source" still stands by the story, and so he will not issue a retraction unless the source is demonstrated to have lied to him.
Quinn to the DNC lawyers, in his best NJ accent "Hey! I got your retraction right here."
To: rightwingintelligentsia
Just listened to the first part. He will follow after the break with further discussion. For those in Pittsburgh, the Dean-Sebelius Scandal will replay. Quinn in not backing down.

Quinn & Rose are talking about this subject and absolutely stands by their story. They are also calling out the DNC for the C&D order. You can listen at:
FM 104.7 in Pittsburgh,PA. and XM radio channel 165.

Jim Quinn mentioned Free Republic this morning on his show. One thing ya gotta say about Jim....he smeared the rats face in it again this morning.

I think that Dean should authorize the phone company to release some phone records. So should the guv. If no calls were made at 5am, they should be able to easily prove that.

I am of the opinion that you, Howard Dean, also sent similar memos to Governor Blanco.
So sue me Howie. Or, if you prefer to settle this like men, bring it on.

Under the legal definition of the term, anyone who places any statement or other material in the public domain, or otherwise widely disseminates it, is indeed a publisher.
I am now afraid of offending the DNC./sarcasm//
Can I sue?

Doug from Upland posted a link to a powerline blog somewhere between 755 and now.
The radio station is holding firm.

Thanks Doug, for being so faithful and long suffering on this cause. I seriously doubt that the Governor or Howard Dean would ever submit their phone records though. You must remember, this party is not interested in truth, the security of the nation, or stopping it’s enemies. They only lust for power, greed and control. Right now I can imagine Dean dreaming up a diversion right now. He may be praying to Satan, for an earthquake, or a tsunami, or a terrorist attack so he can draw his attention away from this. IMHO, the who pretext for the DemocRATS enabling our enemies is they WANT another major attack, desire hundreds, thousands, perhaps millions to be killed so they can blame Bush. After all, we are just pawns, or cannon fodder for them
Peace, and strength, My Faithful Laborer

Typical scumbag lawyer overreaching. He deserves what Browns fans did to the governor of Maryland in 1995 (phone/fax jamming).
Should Pitt also have been sued over the "business hours"?
