Hmmmm...protesting a black man. Did the protest look like this?
To: cdga5for4
By protesting such a classy, stand-up guy like Tony Dungy, they're only hurting their cause.
Would that we had 1,000 Tony Dungys or every 1 GLBQTYABBADABBADOO weirdo in this country

Nearly two-dozen University of Minnesota students demonstrated at an appearance by University of Minnesota alumnus and longtime NFL coach Tony DungyTHAT many? Wow, what a crowd! I wonder how many were in the crowd who came expressly because they DID like him? I guess they were not worthy of mention.

Cultural center co-chairwoman Elysa Hays said the point was more to spotlight the university's inconsistencies. "Diversity of opinion is one thing, but the university's stance on these issues is that they affirm GLBT identities and that we are welcome at the university. To honor someone who believes the opposite just seems inconsistent."This goober can't seem to see the inconsistencey in her own statement. Has the University REFUSED to honor any of Ms. Hays compatriots? I seriesly doubt it, so why fuss when someone with a DIVERSE opinion is honored?

I was just talking to a pal up in Duluth. He mentioned the Gunflint Trail area is on fire. What happened ? I thought the area had plenty of rain...

It’s apparently been very windy and very low humidity up there. And there was a massive blow-down of trees there seven or eight years ago, and the evnviro-whackos wouldn’t let logging companies go in and clean it up, so there’s assloads of fuel to keep the fire going.

I remember the blow down story. Pity that some enterprising paper mill couldn’t make a few zillion rolls of Brawny Towels for Sheryl Crow.

I seen Coach Dungy last week in Indianapolis. He has a great message to share and does it with great experiences from his past. Yes he is a classy man! He brought the trophy with him, too!!

They couldn’t even get 24 measly people? Tony should be proud people like that are opposing him. These are the left wing nuts that want to destroy the family by ruining marriage and aborting the children. If only there were more Tony Dungys in the world. Tony is a class act, and I root for the Colts along with the home team every year.

The homosexual agenda isn't nor ever has been about tolerance -- it is about forced acceptance of homosexuality.
Now, supporting traditional marriage or having certain religious views against homosexual behavior will result in harrassment by homosexuals and their allies, no matter how they are presented.
