...and doesn’t destroy landscapes.

I hate wind generators for that very reason. I don't think anything is uglier.

One of my biggest fears is that wind farms will start popping up in remote desert areas completely destroying the beautiful views and serenity and peace of the desert. First the envirowackos try to keep everyone out of the desert and other natural areas because they want to return them to the way they were. Then they want to use those same areas for their own stupid projects.

The answer is of course to preemptively nuke the rogue states.

That will go over well...

What would happen in those desserts, if we sprayed them with the CO2 they don’t want in the atmosphere? The Israelis have said that higher C02 is making their deserts green up.

Wow! Three whole gigawatts! The State of California’s peak power consumption for today is expected to be just over 28 GW. Our peak capacity for today, which we’d be getting closer to if the weather were a bit warmer, is 36 GW.

Three GW is a hell of a lot of coal you can save for another day.

Solar Power is NOT PRACTICLE for large scale use. It is ENERGY NEGATIVE (takes more power to produce the components, than it makes in it’s useful lifetime).

The University of Ottawa did a study in the late 90’s, and determined that large-scale solar use would effect the local environment, by reflecting huge amounts of sunlight back into space, like snowcover in wintertime...

Notice you will NEVER here that from leftist enviros?

I like the deserts just the way they are. The way nature made them.
