This is a VERY shallow understanding of the global warming racket. In fact, the reason climate change is being used to socialize control of industry is that it increases the predictability of the investment climate. It provides a vast puddle of tax money with which international bankers intend to augment their returns. It provides a carbon credit "market" for traders to scam. And, most important, it allows the biggest manipulators of that market to control the issue of "credits" which is effectively the power to mint a global currency.

Never mind that misallocated capital is always destructive to wealth, those in charge will do just fine at the expense of the rest of us.

In short, environmental "socialism" is in fact fascism, a system to game for the benefit of the already enormously wealthy, serving the ends Marxism was invented to serve in the first place.
