KABUL: Border fighting between Afghan and Pakistani forces has killed 13 people, including seven children, as the most serious clashes in years between the two countries extended into a second day.

There is something serious and out of control going on in Pakistan.
Something is going on there and I expect the Indians have a better idea what it is than we do.
