“...doesn’t the microwave cook from the inside out?”

Actually,no. It’s a common misconception. Microwaves penetrate the edges of the food and cause the molecules to vibrate which produces heat. The heat is conducted inward and that’s how the food is cooked.

Thankfully the human body is mostly water... Microwaves heat more efficiently if there's moisture present, actually.

That poor baby.

Would that a man-size microwave existed, but I'd settle for cooking the turd in the electric chair. I'd have no problem throwing the switch myself.

Strap him to a big Navy radar dish with the waveguide up his--

Better yet -

Wrap a HF longwire around his body, crank up the 161 to 1000 watts and read War and Peace to anyone in ... Guam.

Un-(insert favorite profanity)-believable.

Not totally accurate. The energy penetrates until something absorbs it. Whatever molecules absorb it gain energy and heat up. Because of the frequency of the microwave energy the stuff in food that absorbs best (in most cases) is water. So the waves go in as far as it takes to find water. Since most food items have plenty of water the outer water does the absorbing and in effect shields the rest of the food item from the microwaves. If you put in something really dry that had water in the middle then it might cook from the inside out. This is why some types of plates and dishes (most ceramics) don't really heat up in a microwave much. What they are made out of pretty much is transparent in the microwave frequency ranges.

I shouldn't laugh....But I like it for the creativity.

Maybe make HIM read War and Peace as it transmits as a kind of feedback loop.
