The existence of Horns on the heads of Jews is a well known anti semitic trope. The fact that the WP references in the second paragraph of another Wolfowitz slam pieceought to stand right alongside gassing Joseph Lieberman.

If there is any doubt about this trope I urge you to view Sasha Cohen's "throw the Jew down the well" song.

this is outrageous but typical UN conduct.

Throw the Jew Down the Well

It should be the Wolfowitz theme song for the World Bank.

“Far from respecting the bank, member governments and staff charged, Wolfowitz surrounded himself with doctrinaire former White House and Republican officials and gave them wide authority. He altered long-standing policies and imposed new ones without consulting the staff or member governments. He risked the bank’s credibility and the future of the poor countries it serves.”

It not’s the anti-semitism, it’s the incompetence.

Put away your racial insults, and stop trying to cloud the issue.

(If there was anti-semitism, how could a Jew have been appointed to the World Bank in the first place?? Duh.)
