If every black man with a criminal history were in jail at the same they would be stacked ten to a cell.
He was out because he was between crimes.
Unfortunately the crime he committed between crimes was murder, gross, atrocity ,hate crime,animalistic, repugnant, vile,deliberate,cold blooded, murder.
He will be out again in a few years so he can do it again.
As vile as this criminal is there are vile dingbat liberal fools who feel sorry for him and will form a candlelight vigil to save him and some woman is out there who would marry him in prison given the chance.
