Leadership: So Jimmy Carter calls the Bush administration "the worst in history." This from the man who wrecked the world's greatest economy and made a nuclear Iran and North Korea possible.

Profile In Incompetence: First In A Series

We didn't think we'd see the day when a president-elect of France would be more appreciative of America's role in the world than one of our own former presidents.

But here is Carter telling the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette that President Bush's "administration has been the worst in history," one that has "endorsed the concept of pre-emptive war even when our own security is not directly threatened."

He’s acting like Billy Carter’s less intelligent brother.

Heh! Here’s a daily recap of events during the month of April 1980- just for those who didn’t live through a Carter Presidency or who have otherwise forgotten the good old days of Jimmah and Rozlyn.

The only difference between Jimmy Carter and a pile of horse manure is the manure has a useful purpose, and more than likely, smells better.

Jimmy Carter, America’s poster child for the onset of Alzheimers, Mr. 22% inflation, Mr. hey let them keep the American hostages held for over a year, Mr. I grow peanuts, and Mr. I’ll come over with my old lady and build you a nice house myself.

Yea, plus...you can put horse manure in a paper bag, put it on a front porch, set it on fire, then ring the door bell and run off...

Well...I guess we could do that to Carter, huh?

"Jimmy Carter, .... If you want to see our worst ex-president, look in the mirror."

One more excerpt worth posting.....a real gem.

The Carter presidency helped to create the unstable situation we have today in the Middle East especially with Iran. His ham handed meddling in the deal with N. Korea likely gave them the bomb and his continued support of Castro and other dictators should give him very black marks for human rights.

Indeed, here's beginning from that excerpt from the article...

"Jimmy Carter, the man who makes Neville Chamberlain look like Dirty Harry, made his remarks about President Bush while promoting his audiobook series of Bible lessons for children. Jimmy, thou shalt not bear false witness against your president and country. Haven't you done enough damage?"

If this was anyone but Jimmy carter , I might worry, but carter is irrelevant anyway. My President said so.

I began to think the same thing, and, I really don't care what the rest of the world thinks of us (U.S.), but, the rest of the world believes that Jimmy Carter is the mainstream of America...just as they do the Democrats in Congress.

I still like the, 'putting him in a paper bag, putting it on the front porch, lighting it, ringing the door bell, then running away' idea.

Former president Carter is such a little man, narrow of mind and lost in the haze of holyer-than-thouness that could only be produced by inbreeding. The man is an embarrassment to his nation let alone world leaders.......

Lock him up, he is a danger to himself and others.

How many knew this was about Carter just by reading the headline?

Carter's response to the Americans being held hostage was to confine himself to the White House, send a rescue mission months later that was doomed to fail, and sign the Algiers Accord. That signaled radical Islam that if we were attacked, a military response would be ineffective and eventually we'd cave into the demands anyway.

In June of last year, the Russian embassy in Baghdad was seized. Some Russians were killed and the rest were held hostage. But unlike Carter, Putin didn't confine himself to the Kremlin. He ordered his special forces to "hunt down and destroy the hostage killers". The upshot was that within just a few hours of being held hostage, the Russians were released.

I firmly believe that if Carter had taken the same stance as Putin did, not only would the Americans have been released the first day, but people wouldn't be having to take off their shoes at airports, and the World Trade Center would still be standing.
