Lou Dobbs May 22, 2007: Sessions, Chertoff, Graham, Kennedy, Lawyers....
cnn.com ^ | May 22, 2007 | Lou Dobbs

Posted on 05/22/2007 10:31:58 PM PDT by ding_dong_daddy_from_dumas

SEN. JEFF SESSIONS (R), ALABAMA: I have tried to pay my taxes, most Americans pay their taxes. Somebody comes here illegally and makes $50,000, $80,000 a year -- I don't know, some do -- they don't pay taxes, and we're just going to wipe that out? I don't think so.

.....

MICHAEL CHERTOFF, HOMELAND SECURITY SECRETARY: I understand there are some people who expect anything other than capital punishment is an amnesty.

SEN. LINDSEY GRAHAM (R), SOUTH CAROLINA: We are going to solve this problem. We're not going to run people down. We're not going to scapegoat people. We're going to tell the bigots to shut up and we're going to get this right.

DOBBS: I've got to believe the people of South Carolina are extraordinarily proud of Senator Lindsey Graham with that kind of language. I've got to believe that President Bush is just tickled pink with Michael Chertoff, his secretary of Homeland Security, talking about capital punishment as a moral, if you will, equivalent of amnesty.

.....

BILL TUCKER, CNN CORRESPONDENT (voice over): When senators talk about their immigration bill, they like to emphasize border security. They don't mention a proposal that would force taxpayers for the first time ever to pay for the lawyers for illegal aliens and take legal services away from America's poor.

We’re not going to scapegoat people?? Did they or did they not commit a crime by coming here illegally? Scapegoat?

He needs some new rhetoric. His state will not bring him back.

Michael Brown took the fall for Chertoff and his inept style during Katrina.

I am tired of these arrogant bastardos talking down to me like I should not have any say in how this country is run.

From Lindsey’s website:

“Graham is known as a leader who never abandons his independence or strays from the conservative reform agenda.”

“conservative reform agenda?” WTF?

He is living dangerously for someone up for reelection in 2008.

I truly believe that Tom Ridge left Bush because he quickly figured out that Bush would risk the country and keep the borders open for his utopian, elitist ONE-AMERICA agenda....a stupid, blind arrogant agenda. Ridge got it, and left.

It’s time for the voters to bring about a mass exodus of politicians leaving DC because of their faithless decisions over us. Very sadly, I’m afraid it isn’t ever going to happen. The politicians are comfortably insulated from us by the indifference and ignorance/stupidity of the population at large.

“Oprah is on, Who’s going to win American Idol, and the mall is open”! Most people are so bored with paying the slightest attention to the politicians who rule over them because it bores them. Their short attention span is barely good enough to recall a 30 second campaign commercial. It’s so bad for those of us who do care, that the folks in power have so little to worry about because most of the public has no clue, and doesn’t give a rat’s ass about what the politicians do with us.

And here I am posting this at nearly 2AM while all of the sheeple are happily resting for the night so they can get up and go work at their sucky job tomorrow.

I am also up at 2:31 AM. I am looking for medicine to accelerate my Alzheimer's so I don’t have to feel so frustrated at the “Rat Bags” (rat scrotum's) that are smeared with their own shit that this bill represents!

Any time I see a “ hard working illegal” cutting grass or polishing a Yacht I tend to stare at them for at least 10 seconds. They avoid eye contact. I like the feeling...

I am also a “Cracker from the Carolinas”. Lindsey uses the swimmers butt hairs to pick his buck teeth.

“The politicians are comfortably insulated from us” due to gerrymandering. We have to come up with a fair way to distribute Congressional power without permitting gerrymandering. How about: Congressional Districts have to be rectangular with straight sides, except where a border is encountered?

Nope can’t scapegoat the illegals. Scapegoat us citizens who disagree? Why anything to make La Raza happy. I’m ashamed this idiot is one of my senators.

When illegals get a better deal than law-abiding Americans, who pay the tab, something is wrong.

What happens if an illegal alien files for a Z1 visa and says he’s been living and working here for X years—but a check shows he hasn’t filed any IRS taxpayer filings?

Is the IRS just going to turn its eyes away? Would they do that for a US citizen?

Next thing you know, the administration will refer to the Minutemen as ‘vigilantes’....oh...wait.....they did that already.

I wish the Bush Administration would attack the Democrats will as much zeal as they display attacking their own BASE on border security and immigration.

Is this type of language supposed to be "Compassionate Conservatism," as opposed to "Real Conservatives," where we "care" at least as much for the U.S. Citizens whom we are about to screw, BIG TIME?"

What about poor blacks who, through a lousy, failing edukashion from gubmint, drop out and work at minimum wage jobs, or worse yet, don't have enough skills to get a job at all?

This crap needs to be shoved up each and every Republican, who supports it and the RNC, backsides!!!

I am getting more than sick and tired of hearing from the political elite in D.C., the edukashion establishment AND those lousy "FOX All Stars" on Special Report, what a BIGOT I AM because I don't choose to give my country's sovereignty away to MEXICO and every other Third World who want to come here, speak their own languages, worship whatever homicidal god they choose, while I PAY FOR IT!!!

Anyone else see Chertoff on CNBC this morning at about 9:00 eastern time? This is a quote from Chertoff: “We consulted with Republicans, Democrats, Stakeholders, and Intellectuals to craft this bill.” I hope someone else will go to the CNBC website and take a look at the video. Stakeholders, and Intellectuals, says it all to me.

Lindsay Graham appears close to losing it. His comment about scapegoating along with other statements indicate a desperate and/or a delusional state of mind. Is there something in it for him if this bill passes?
