There was a time, many years ago, when Amnesty International did good work on a non-partisan basis. But they got hijacked in the late 60’s or early 70’s. Today they are nothing more than another propaganda outlet for the far left. Much like the environmental movement which, when it was concerned with conservation and good stewardship, accomplished much good but now just operates to push a political agenda more and more divorced from reality.

I would dare say the only innocents Vader killed were the children in the Jedi temple. Aside from that, he only killed people who pissed him off directly.

Vader wasn't quite the badguy he was made out to be. Granted, he didn't take no crap from anyone else, but hey, there was a war on and he was trying to win it.

He even offered to help overthrow the tyrant running his own government, but his weak willed left wing peace activist son turned him down. Pansy.

BTW, as I'm sure some of you can probably guess, I don't really have any plans of a social nature this weekend...
