Thanks. That is crazy. The liberals bitch about refineries and then cry about has prices. The only large refinery I’ve seen in Chevron’s in Richmond,CA. It goes for on for miles. Two billion would probably be a bargain for that one. And everytime there is an accident or a fire they have to put up with tons of crap from everywhere.
If I were an attorney, I’d sue the pants of the Congress-Critters. They are doing more to strangle supply than anything out there. And as a result, we have them to blame for rising prices at the pump.
Both, I think.
I’m glad you are not offended ... I love the Amish!

Democrats are for style rather than substance. This bill does nothing to address the issue, just a dog and pony show for the voters to look like the democrats are doing something.
This better be vetoed.
Just a question! Just like, “would someone REALLY fly 2 planes filled with people into the WTC?” That would have been a silly question 7 years ago wouldn’t it?
Well, it helps that I’m not actually Amish, but it’s not offensive, it’s quite funny.
On the other hand, you can talk about carbon emissions all day long, but horses have more noxiousness per mile than any SUV.
I believe all the gas for the different stations comes from the same source (Cross Petroleum) in Redding. I think the only break we could get is buying it in bulk, like the county does. However, the cost of storage, security and maintenance would probably eat up any cost differential.
Today the price was $3.589/gal. for regular
