Oh he stopped it alright...MS had medical therapy to Terri suspended once he got his $$ medical settlement...she possibly could have learned to swallow on her own with therapy that MS purposely withheld along with other abuses to her. With 'closest family' like this who needs enemies.
According to the Guardian ad Litem's report, she had three swallowing studies, all of which showed she couldn't swallow. The autopsy report confirmed that she would not have been able to swallow safely.
