"What you lookin' at?......"

I believe I'm looking at a goby. Are you a Nikonos slinger?

Again I thank you for the help.

Hello yourself BlabIt. As you can see I’m experiencing the typical pratfalls of an FNG. I hope this morning finds you in good health & spirits.

Underwater photography is one of my passions. Nikonos is the brand name given to a line of amphibious Nikon cameras. I also use a Canon F1 in an Aquatica housing.

Not unless you want to set up a web server and go through the hoops to do that.

You cannot post pics from your computer. Period

Looks like tinypic.com lets *anyone* browse your photos/videos.

Also there is arguably some pornographic content there.

There are ways to post from your hard drive, but if you don't know how to do it, you don't have the expertise to do it safely.

That's not a knock on you, it's just that you need to know how to protect your system at a very competent level before you turn it into a web server.

There are also technical issues, like dealing with your dynamic IP and etc.

Thanks, and no offense taken. I'm so new to participating on forums and blogs, that I was unaware of hosting sites. They appear to be just what I need.

I'm grateful to you and the other FReepers for taking the time to help me and also for keeping me out of trouble.

Short answer: Can't be done.

That's a good thing.

...they found me passed out in an alley, named me VR-21 and handed me a keyboard.

Looks like tinypic.com lets *anyone* browse your photos/videos.

Er, letting anybody view your photos/videos is the point of image hosting.

Also there is arguably some pornographic content there.

Porn on the Internet? I am shocked, shocked!

Actually, not. It can be, but I prefer to expose my photos only to those who I care to have see them.
