Thanks. Just one of those things before I visit somewhere I feel it's important to be able to converse with the natives in their language as much as I can. I know English is spoken there but from what I've read the older Welsh population are put off by visitors.

Welsh was revived in part due to the Eisteddfodd, a demanding annual festival for artists composing written works in the language of Cymru. :’)
