No, that is not what I said, I said you can't judge another culture by your own. Assigning value would be judging it.

Well actually there are several reasons the two top ones would be Jealousy (the Mormons were prosperous with Brick houses and wood floors, the surrounding communities had log cabins with dirt floors, yes I am generalizing here.) and the second would be polygamy.

It's not PC, they do not insist that you agree with them, they just accept that from your perspective you are right and from theirs they are, even though the "Truths" conflict. It hurts your brain if you think about it to much, but you will NEVER win an argument with them, because they can accept what you are saying and then say , but I believe this and not see a conflict.

I did not say we should not teach them, as a full time missionary, of course that is what I was doing, you just have to do it "their way" according to "their Culture" and approach from "their perspective" or else they never do understand that when you say the God in the heavens you are not talking about some Buddhist God of weather.

Picture this, if you say to a traditional Chinese person, "The God of Abraham", they think you are about to have a philosophical discussion with them about a being you do not believe in. The communication there is actually more tricky than the communication here. but I was very good at it,maybe that's why people here get frustrated with me, I argue like a chinese person, LOL, hadn't though of that before.

In short, yep we teach, but we do so in their language, and by their culture, we assume their perspective to tech them and with God's word the harvest is great.
