I think this is worth revisiting. The left should not be able to say the word Vietnam without hanging their heads in shame.

75 million!! Meanwhile, the DLP floods the news with outrage over prisoners in Iraq being made to wear panties on their heads. How loathsome is the MSM!

I agree with you. How those that carry the banner of humanitarian efforts can be so indifferent to the cause of liberty or even understand the difference is a mystery to me.

The left should not be able to say the word Vietnam without hanging their heads in shame.

Having lived my entire life in Massachusetts and having strolled many times through Cambridge and Brookline (proud home of Mike Dukakis)I can assure you that leftists in this country can't even spell the word "shame",let alone experience it.

But, of course, the left is as proud of what they did to Vietnam as they are of anything in American history.

One can only observe with wonderment the strange workings of the leftist mind.

I served two combat tours in Vietnam and don’t regret one moment that I spent there doing my small part to try and prevent this outcome. I’d do it again, knowing the result and in full knowledge of the futility of my efforts because failure continues to be an abomination beyond my ability to accept. I expect that many, if not most Vietnam veterans feel as I do about this.

And Sen. TED KENNEDY (D) & college bud Rep. JOHN TUNNEY (D) just knew better all along, not to cut the funding for the Free to fight for their own Freedom with. Especially since together they toured Military Operations all over a then Free South Vietnam in late 1965 at the very beginning of the Vietnam War.

See 5th Photo down:
http://www.lzxray.com/guyer_set1.htm

They then conspired together with the Soveit Union to defeat Presidenta REAGAN’s War on Communism.

For...
...the Enemy is now Within
...and always has been.

While I was in jail, Mai Chi Tho, a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, addressed a selected group of political prisoners. He told us: "Ho Chi Minh may have been an evil man; Nixon may have been a great man. The Americans may have had the just cause; we may not have had the just cause. But we won and the Americans were defeated because we convinced the people that Ho Chi Minh is the great man, that Nixon is a murderer and the Americans are the invaders." He concluded that "the key factor is how to control people and their opinions. Only Marxism-Leninism can do that. None of you ever see resistance to the Communist regime, so don't think about it. Forget it. Between you — the bright intellectuals — and me, I tell you the truth."

Yes 75 Million. The media is blind to the results of the so called Peace movement? Diplomacy has resulted in more deaths of innocents than all the modern Wars combined. I see “humanitarian” protesters in Russian there to defend homosexuals (still haven’t figured out how that is humanitarian) but I don’t see them sneaking into North Korea or participating in protests in or against Iran or Cuba or any other tyrannical regime. They screamed about Agent Orange but where was the left’s disgust about the agents of Communism? It really shows how empty the left is. The protests are not about what they claim them to be. They are about an ultimate goal of socialism (the new communism) ascendant. They would ban dissent just as quickly as their communist counterparts.

Great pictures. The enemy hasn’t changed and they are still in Washington. We have changed from a country where the agents of the enemy would find themselves imprisoned or executed to one that elects them to public office. I know it is cliche but I really doubt our ability to fight a great War like WWII no matter how evil the enemy.

Those of us that fought there will never forget the good people we fought alongside and tried to save.

We will also never forget the treasonous left and their friends in the press.

God forbid that we allow this to happen again to this generation and this war.

It saddens me. The worst of it is a whole generation is growing up with little or no knowledge of the cost of cowardice. They are protesting in support of tyranny and against freedom and don’t even know it.

I know. God help us, I know.

The most discouraging thing is that so much of the American public remains (willfully?) ignorant. I understand evil, what I can’t understand is blindness to evil.

Equally troubling, is that folks fall all over themselves with admiration for Ted Kennedy...

The lying, drunken, obese, womanizing, worthless piece of shit has NEVER held a job in his life, earned a dollar, or been right in ANY of his position - and continues in his anti America positions..

He never made a mark in any University for his intelligence - yet we’re to respect HIS analysis on complex issues facing the nation? BS....

One would think he’s trying to punish America for its role in the death of his three brothers.... It’s really a shame this bastard survived...

He been a loser who has cost the lives of MILLIONS, impoverished other millions and accomplished it all with that drunken sneer on his fat assed face.
