I dunno, if I was on that flight I'd have been tempted right then and there to ask my fellow passengers to demand the plane return to the gate and have that idiot removed.

C'mon, everyone knows the government has everything under control and the flight attendants are fully-trained to recognize when there's any real danger. Leave that stuff to the experts; they know what to do and when to do it. [/sheeple]
