No question it was a homicide! Every piece of credible evidence supports that conclusion!

And little question that HRC's actions in the time frame surrounding the incident tell us that she knew in advance what was about to come off, so as to be able to direct a cover-up immediately after.

There's really no incentive to cover up a suicide, and all the incentive in the world to cover up a homicide!

No, the gun was found in contact with the right hand and he was right handed.

There are plenty of other reasons, though, to conclude that the gun was merely a "drop gun" placed there after the death in a crude attempt to fake a "suicide." No fingerprints on the outside surface of the gun, for example.

The oven mitt was thrown into the car's glove box after the fact merely to muddle up the case. Please note that the oven mitt didn't even appear on the Park Police evidence inventory from the park scene. Now way they would have neglected an item as large as that if it were there when they were doing the inventory.

The oven mitt was not even mentioned in the earlier Fiske Report! It got thrown in after the fact in a feeble attempt to explain a "suicide" that didn't happen!

I think the details of the case should be headline news, as Chappaquiddick was for Ted’s attempt at the presidency. Just the details of the case. The facts of the case shriek that Hillary knew more than she told.

I found it interesting in this article that prior to his death SHE HAD HIM WRITE that note that was found, ripped to shreds, on the umpteenth examination of his briefcase.

I stand corrected — apparently there was not a “handedness” question with the gun found on Foster. Sorry. But I know there were enough discrepancies to warrant a truly independent investigation.
