I agree. And to the people saying this poster is blaming the victim, he did not. He simply said don’t dress in a way that calls attention to yourself. I have 4 daughters and my husband and I don’t let them dress in short shorts and tank tops in public. My girls are all long, lean, beautiful and blonde and attract enough attention already.
Have you seen new video of Edwin Hall in court? He has the same hair he had on the surveillance tape. The photo of a guy with shaved head was not Hall’s booking photo. It wasn’t even Hall/
Both pictures posted of him are frightening. They ran cold chills down my spine as I looked at them.

At the time I posted it, it was the booking photo on the jocosheriff.org site for Edwin Hall. I wouldn’t have known any differently.
The one shown today does make more sense, in the context of the surveillance video. Glad it was straightened out, because it wasn’t making any sense to me, either.
Okay, I looked it up. In Kansas a kidnap/murder is only capital if the kidnapping was for the purpose of demanding ransom. That doesn't appear to be the case.
So the only two routes to a capital charge are (1) if he raped her (rape/murder is capital in Kansas), or (2) a Federal kidnap/murder charge were brought.
Hall has the same hair that you see on him in the surveillance photos. The one posted of some guy with a shaved head was not Hall. The one in post 292 IS him. TV is showing court video of him which also proves that the photo in 292 is him and that he has the same hair as in the surveillance video.

I’ve been telling my ten-year old this for a few years now: do not let him get you in the car, if you do you’re dead. If by chance he does get you in the car, you must try to crash the car. Immediately, without hesitation. Before you get out of a populated area, if you can. So sad that we must tell our daughters this stuff.
I do not believe that these situations have anything to do with sex. Kelsey would have still been killed if she had been wearing a catholic school uniform.

The one they caught doesn’t have a beard. Musta shaved it. He was very creepy looking.
Or if it's determined that he murdered her in the state of Missouri. There's been a hold on executions in MO, but the courts just cleared the injunction.
