It never is going to be a right time to say this, so I’m going to say it now anyway and get it over with.
Young ladies and above should not be wearing shorts (in her case short shorts) and tank tops in public. It’s great for indoors but not in public.

You are missing the point because you want to and prefer to argue.
By dressing in a less revealing manner, one blends in with the rest of the population and lessens one’s chance of being singled out by a pervert.
There will always be perverts; therefore, it is the responsibility of potential victims (women) not call attention to themselves by what they wear.
If you can’t understand something so simple, I can’t help you.
It is horrible. There is no motive here. How could there be a motive. She wasnt rich, I am sure she didnt have over 60 dollars on her, if that. There was nothing to gain by killing her. I am sure she didnt do anything to ruin the life of the killer and make him mad. She was just a beautiful 18 year old who did nothing to deserve such a terrible ending to life.
This case really gets to me. She is the exact same age as my g/f Donna. and I must say, she kind of resembles her. It is just terrible,

You presume too much about me. That said, we both know plenty of girls and women are abducted who are wearing less-revealing clothes. happens all the time. You think women don’t get abducted in the winter?
Your statement about covering up to blend in hints at an assumption that women are abducted because of something they’re doing incorrectly - based on your set of rules: the way they dress, walk, talk, act, and that “blending in” will somehow protect them. You are mistaken.

I have been a little surprised at how many people suggested guns in lieu of karate for a 5 year old. I may heed the thought.
