Since one tenth of all Mexicans live in America, I think we should seizethe northern one tenth of Mexican territory for them. We could set it up as a territory and if they get their act together then we can talk about them being Americans.

There are factions in this country who will not take this amnesty deal, lying down.

Well I've seen one message that suggests targeting the RINOs like McCain and Lindsey for defeat in their next primary. But aside from that, should this pass what do you think others might do?

Thank God Almighty for a handful of truthful, honest, Senators like Sessions and Cornyn who will tell the truth about this unimaginably horrible amnesty bill. My two GA Senators have already sold out their voters and allies by signing on to Bush's abominable bill, and I will never again vote for either one for any office they may try for even if an avowed communist is their opposition.

There are currently two absolutely terrible bills now up for a Senate vote, the amnesty bill and the "hate crime" bill. Either one will be a disaster for the American people and the nation if they are passed and signed into law.

I simply can't find words to express my anger, disgust, and exasperation at the miserable excuses for human beings who currently infest the US Senate and Congress. If what I think of them was made known I would probably be eligible for federal prosecution under their hate crime law if and when it become law.

There is an indication that Chambliss is on the fence. Call and write. Get your friends to do the same. I think he might back down.

"According to a Rasmussen poll taken earlier this week, by a three to one margin voters think that the government should enforce its current laws before considering new ones."

I am in total agreement. Enforce the current laws and let's see how that goes, then we can attempt this latest cluster f%^c.

"John Cornyn, I wish he was my Senator."

He's my Senator and he is good, but on the other hand he wants to open the H1B visa wide open! And he has heard an earful from me!

I am also proud of my Senator, Jim Bunning from Kentucky. He is fighting to stop this amnesty bill. Wish we could get rid of Sen. McConnell who will in the end vote in favor of it. Just because Bush told him so.

Isakson and Chambliss both voted with Cornyn on this one. They may be rethinking their positions, since so many Georgians have expressed their displeasure.

“Cost to build the fence on our southern border = 2/1,000 of our national budget ($1.8 trillion).”

Nope.

Tax the 3 billion sent back to Messico each year through Western Union.

The wall won’t cost the taxpayers a penny.

Saw him this morning on C-Span at 12:30 am. He gave a great speech against this bill.

I loved his “Masters of the Univers andmandarins” comment about the Senators that met in secret to come up with this abomination.

You are lucky.

My 2 Senators are Carper and Biden. Just gave their offices hell for them voting FOR cloture. Told them I’d be watching this afternoon when they voted again.

Biden is a complete moron, but Carper said he would not vote for amnesty. Can’t trust either one of them.

But you got one of the good guys.

You need to stop posting those pictures! These people, per our government, are (shhhhhhhh) in the shadows!

Hiding!

And there you go, showing their (shhhhhh) pictures.

Sheesh.

That’s the funny part, actually. He has not mentioned this incident at all. We have been married almost 40 years, and I think he saw something he had never thought he would see: me ripping somebody’s guts out and handing them to him.

When I get through with the Republicans, THEN I will go after the democrats. Now that I have all this experience (!), I will be better equipped to deal with the dems, right?

Good for you. This issue is one of the clearest black-and-white demarcations between right and wrong in the public sphere today. Rewarding criminals at the expense of law-abiding people is evil. Those who want to do it are not mistaken, they are evil. They need to be labeled as such.

I’m so jealous. I have to contend with Obama and Durbin.

While those of us in WI have the thrill of Kohl and Feingold. ugh.
