I can’t get through on either line.
Chambliss’ office has resorted to leaving immigration bill information on the voicemail message.
Applause.....and MORE Applause
appreciate the history lesson.
Great link/ read,
Thanks.
“Living in NY I dont even want to mention my two $hithead$ by name.”
I gag at the thought of ever saying the names of the senators who represent my state..the 2 Californians! I don’t know anyone in my neck of the woods who those 2 actually represent!
Mike;
You post the best articles. Keep up the good work.
Good for you!
My email came back undelivered.
Watch out that you don’t end up the lone man standing. Then, you will be running the world by yourself from a padded cell.
“But aside from that, should this pass what do you think others might do?”
I think post #24 pretty much sizes up the way my friends think. If it comes down to it, I’ll join them. Our existence as a country is much more important than the petty wants of the illegal invaders and those who support them.
I wish Session were my Senator.
Sorry, I should have acknowledged TM for his post #24
WRITE! WRITE! WRITE! WRITE! TILL YOU RUN OUT OF INK IN YOUR PEN!
Bombard the Democrats as well, especially the ones that ran on an anti illegal immigration plank and the ones in marginal districts who could be vulnerable. keep pounding on them. This is a bipartisan issue not a Conservative or Liberal issue BUT AN AMERICAN issue.
No problema.
It boggles the mind that these traitors are not held to account.
“This amnesty bill is serious business. To illustrate this seriousness, I tell you this. I am 65 years old, and have never behaved in the way I am about to describe. I savaged and shouted down a guest in my home when he started to explain to me how illegal immigrants had rights, were valuable - you know, the whole line. He kept on and on: he didnt know when to shut up and I just gave him everything I had, which it turns out was quite a bit. My husband, who had never seen anything like this from he, sat silent and still while I savaged his friend. I probably will never do this again (thank God!) but I am really happy that the one time I did it, it was over something so very serious as this. This persons mind was probably not changed one bit, but at least he knows the intensity of his opposition by now.”
I’ll share a quick personal thing also. I was on the road late on a biz trip. The only place I could get something to eat was MacDonald’s. The person couldn’t speak english to take my order, I wanted double cheesburger pickles and onions only. After 3 minutes at the drive through, I peeled off. I then went to the highway and stopped at that MacDonald’s. Again, no speaka engesh! Spanish music was playing over the speakers. I did get a burger finally with what I wanted but I will boycott ever going there again. Was this in Texas, California or Arizona? NO! It was Massachusetts, one of the many homes of the Socialist Dems. The illegals sure know where to go to be sheltered.
I called Sen. Sessions’ office about an hour ago (just before 5pm DC time) and told the staffer who answered, “I’ve been making angry phone calls all week and decided it would be nice to make a positive one for a change - Senator Sessions has done a great job and fought a good fight on this bill. He’s put out a lot of good information and stood up for Americans. I don’t know if his colleagues have heard him or not, but WE certainly have! Tell him I said Thank You and God Bless.”
She said she’d pass THAT one along to him! I hope it brightens his day a little. He has done yeoman’s work. I appreciate his courage and steadfastness.
You are lucky, I am ‘represented’ by Boxer and Feinstein... argh.
He really is a good man. He was on a local talk radio show a while back and the host asked him about how he votes on issues. He said first of all, I ask myself if I vote a certain way will it bring embarrassment to my family and friends because it is not how I was brought up to believe? Secondly, I ask how will this effect the folks in Alabama who voted for me, will it do my state harm or good? He went on to talk a little about faith and how it shapes his beliefs. It really made me proud that I have voted for him. Just a really good man.
Brillant!
