Ron Paul was an Air Force flight surgeon in Vietnam and an ob/gyn for many years. I think he delivered something like 3,000 babies.

So you've got a doctor to vote for. I don't think that is the same thing as the kind of executive leadership you'd see in a Romney or Giuliani, certainly, it is leadership of a type that seems less applicable to the presidency.

And electing a psychiatrist/spook type that specializes in propaganda may throw the voters off a bit. Admittedly, Klein would only be a different variety of propagandist than those employed by the big-money candidates.

So you mention he's a physician. Was he a practicing medical doctor or did he practice only psychiatry? Is he the Freudian candidate? Is he pro-life? Pro-gun? Pro-nuclear family?

Anyway, the father's rights issue is an excellent one and really does deserve attention. And it applies as well to grandparents, aunts/uncles, cousins, etc. on the father's side who often get no opportunity to spend time if a divorcee mother has had the father excluded from visitation. So it's not just the father whose rights are denied.

the candidates essentially buy the tickets for the attendees ... provide them transportation and then pamper them during the carnival-like event ...

That's what's so much fun about it!

Dr. Klein directly represents 25 percent of the USA - divorced dads and their children who are denied basic human rights. And yes - the grandparents and other relatives must be considered. Dr. Klein is the right person at the right time to address reforms in family law. To reunite our children with their fathers who have been transformed into "visitor" by a system which practices gender bias discrimination.

Oh, I’m sure it is. I would love to be one of the attendees. But if I were a candidate, I would be reticent to believe that votes so gained were indicative of the overall electorate.
