What Russian masters? I am 100% American!

Montenegro split because it was seduced into thinking it would be better off in the EU without Serbia. (I pinged an American Serb whose family was from Montenegro—she can speak about this better than I can.) There are similar pressures on Serbia itself as well. But the EU is the REAL new Soviet Union, and is also being overwhelmed by muslims and their “demographic weapon”. So Montenegro and the rest of Eastern Europe are being sold a bill of goods, as are we.

At least Sarcozy is honest about all of this!!

-Updated and Bumped-
This Pro-American Muslim country was fired up for the historic visit by President Bush.
They mobbed the president in the village of Fushe Kruje.

President Bush received a hero's welcome in Tirana, Albania today as he became the first US President to visit the staunch US ally and majoority Muslim country.
CBS News reported:

When Mr. Bush arrived on his brief stop in Tirana, the hills overlooking the capital boomed as military cannons fired a 21-gun salute to the president. Thousands of people gathered in the downtown square on a brilliantly sunny day to see the president and first lady Laura Bush.

Huge banners proclaimed “Proud to be Partners,” and billboards read “President Bush in Albania Making History.” Red-white-and-blue paper top hats with stars on top were passed out to well-wishers in this Balkan nation.

A herald trumpeter sounded a salute as Mr. Bush arrived at Albania's Palace of Brigades for an official welcome, playing "The Star Spangled Banner," reports CBS News White House Correspondent Mark Knoller. Mr. Bush was presented with an Albanian award - the Order of the National Flag - hailing him as a great ally of the Albanian people.
Bush met with Albanian soldiers who served in Iraq and Afghanistan during his visit.

Prime Minister Berisha gave President Bush a very warm welcome as he arrived today in the Capital Tirana.
The White House reported:

PRIME MINISTER BERISHA: (As translated.) Today is a beautiful day. Today is a great day, historic for all Albanians. Among us is the greatest and most distinguished guest we have ever had in all times, the President of the United States of America, the leading country of the free world, George W. Bush.; his lady, Mrs. Laura Bush, and their close aides. For me, it's a great honor, and a special pleasure to thank them with gratitude and extend the most heartfelt welcome, in this historic visit, the first visit ever of a United States President in Albania.

Thank you heartily, Mr. President, from the bottom of our hearts, fulfilling ardent and long-awaited wish of all Albanians to have a special guest in their home. Tungjatjeta -- an Albanian word, means "may you have a long life." This is a most traditional greeting of Albanians that I chose to greet you on their behalf, on behalf of Albanians. Welcome to Albania, President Bush.

We have been blessed, however. We have won in all our efforts to defend our identity in Western oriented national vocation to emerge from the age of oppression to the age of dignity, from the age of darkness to the age of freedom. We have won because our just cause has always had the powerful support of the U.S.A., the greatest and the most precious friend of Albanian nation. God bless your great nation.

Albania has spent millions preparing for George W. Bush, even though he will be in the country, one of Europe's poorest, for just seven hours. Albanians have cleaned the streets, stocked up on thousands of United States flags and even retiled bathrooms for the U.S. president, the most important man ever to visit the long-isolated Balkan state. Isn’t this a bit unfair to the Albanians?

NO!!!!

You should learn about the muslim-driven Greater Albania Project, which involves takeover of territory not only from Serbia, but also from Macedonia, Montenegro, and Greece. The Nazis supported this in the 1940s, and now it is back with a vengenace.

Yes, there are Christians in Albania, but the muslims dominate, especially with respect to Greater Albania.

Let's not support muslim-Nazi land-grabs and destuction of Orthodox Christian churches and peoples!!!!

Montenegro didn't ethnically cleanse anyone, steal their property and systematically blow up 100s of churches or monasteries.

Kosovo is not Albania; it is a Serbian province.

Bush going to Albania to promote the theft of Kosovo for Albanians is promoting a greater Albania.

And speaking of Montenegro, they have some Albanian Americans in jail for plotting terrorist attacks last fall. They found the men with explosives and other weapons.

Albanians want part of Montenegro, Macedonian and even Greece (Chameria) as well.

"Montenegro which is a pre-dominately christian nation split from serbia, they want nothing to do with the russian puppets."

I guess you don't know that Russians own a huge amount of Montenegro. They've bought up land on the coast and invested heavily in Montenegro for the last several years. There are Russian speaking tourists and businessmen all over Montenegro.

And Montenegro has some Albanian Americans in its jails as we speak. The Albanians are charged with terrorist activity.

And what about the Fort Dix Six terrorist planners, which include 4 ethnic Albanians?

Would you be pleased to have Bush give away parts of California to Mexico?

Funny how people are happy about Bush promising illegal theft for a very highly criminal and mafia people - with gangs of thieves, robbers, drug smugglers, white slavers, etc. all over Europe, from Spain, Italy, Britain, Norway, Czech Republic, and more.

+++++ I could care f’ all that 20% of Albanians are Christian. Who cares? Kosovo is now part of Dar al Islam

Yeah, I’m sure that’s why the Albanians welcomed Bush. Because they’re a bunch of criminals.

Criminals don’t behave that way.

Then why did their president make such strongly pro-Western comments in welcoming Bush? Jihadists never talk that way.

Women in sunglasses, not burkas .... children in dresses ... men in golf shirts .... looks like Serbia’s anti-Albania smear campaign isn’t keeping up with reality.

So criminals aren't happy with someone who allows them to get away with theft and murder? Aren't happy with a sugar daddy who gives them money and support to kill off their rivals? You don't know Albanian psychology.

Do you know about the Code of Lek?

Exactly.

I’m disinclined to take foreign-policy instruction from people who can’t see past their own need to grind nationalistic axes. They may be right up to a point, but the problem with so many of these Balkan nationalists is that they never know when to stop. Therefore, people don’t believe their more sweeping claims. With good reason.

Mexicans wear sunglasses and golf shirts so why not give them parts of Texas and California where their population is greater than 50%, or will be one day?

No, I think generally people in Albania are welcoming Bush because the U.S. saved a lot of Albanian lives, in addition to helping the country. Pretty good reasons.

The point is that these people sure don’t look like jihadists. And no jihadists would ever treat a U.S. president this well, no matter what. You Serbia-firsters are sounding pretty screwy.

Albania, the country, is pretty much non-religious. They were declared the world’s first “atheist state.” While Islam is probably more widespread than Christianity to today’s Albania, it is not even close to Bosnia or even Kosovo.

The problem is that the Kosovo Albanians see themselves as the ones who will bring Islamic domination over all of Albania.

Therefore it is very important that the US remains close to Albania. And most Albanians, I believe would not want to see an independent Kosovo, for the very reason I stated above.

Well, by your criteria, they should get it anyway, simply because they're Christian and have lots of churches, not mosques.

How's Serbia's good buddy Putin doing these days?
