The only down thing about a Denny’s burger at 3:00 AM is that to get it you have to be at a Denny’s at 3:00 AM.

In Michigan, the bars used to close at 2:00, but the Denny’s was open all night. I would stop by after getting off work at 2:00 AM for dinner, and every drunk in the World would show up all of a sudden and start abusing the waitresses and being generally obnoxious.

I had to stop going to Denny’s because it was getting too expensive to tip the waitress 300%, which is what she deserved for putting up with that situation. Somewhere in Heaven there is a corner reserved for Denny’s night shift waitresses.
