I guess when I get a car, I’ll definately be buying extra “uninsured motorist” coverage. What a mess. Don’t you just love how this was buried in the Iraq spending bill?

... the Bush administration is pressing the Senate to not take any action on a bill ..
Now that shouldn’t be a problem

Wonder what comment #26 was? Wish we could still ‘see them’.

Pardon my pointing out the obvious, but....
what is to keep these Mexican truck drivers from accepting a bribe from ...say..some swarthy Muslim gent with lots of cash...that wants to transport some equipment across (or into) the US, along with the legal cargo? You know....equipment like a nuke or two?
Nothing. Absolutely NOTHING.
Bush has sold us out, folks. At least, that’s the way I’m seeing it. And here, all this time, I was afraid he would merely wuss/wienie out and let us down, like his dad did!

...the interstates start filling up with Mexican truckers on tight deadlines and I do mean DEADlines hurtling at carloads of unsuspecting native-born American citizens all 387 of us.BUMP to the TOP.
It's not law yet, but the sheer insanity of it demonstrates their maniacal obsession to create another part of the coming North American Union socialist paradise of Canada, USA, and Mexico.
I can't think of any other rational explanation for it. I hope AMERICAN TRUCKERS will stage a massive strike and put a stop to it.
Cordially,

I disagree. I think Fred Thompson will run, and win, and be much better than Bush in this regard, despite what the Tancredoites and Hunteristas say.

I am dreading 11/08 — but only because I am imagining what horrors a de jure lame duck Boosh WH will do. The de facto lame duck prez we have is spiraling down into Alice’s Rabbit Hole (or the commode, I can’t be sure...).
It is 1/21/09 that cannot come fast enough for me at this point.

yea well all I can say is that we better hope & pray that the GOP comes up with a better candidate than the last one; because we are in for one hellofa long haul here and we’re gonna have to “clean house” and get rid of ALL the undesirables in this country including the muzzies & illegals, secure the borders and double the size of the armed forces because this muzzie war is gonna go on for your and my entire lifetime.

Bush is a traitor - pure and simple.
He has foreswore allegiance to America in return for allegiance to globalism and internationalism. He has defiled his oath of office. He is unfit for the august position he holds.
He should be impeached - along with most of COngress.

I don’t see anything in his past to support those hopes. This immigration bill is an inside job perpetrated by Washington insiders against the American people. Thompson is as inside as inside gets.

You do realize Thompson left Washington because he was sick of the BS, right?
Also because of his daughter, but still.
