That’s a national poll. Given that McCain, Giuliani and Thompson are all nationally recognized names, that’s to be expected. Romney is focusing on the early primary states like Iowa and New Hampshire where, according to polls, he is not only the frontrunner but has a sizeable, double-digit lead. If Mitt wins a few of these first in the nation primaries, then Mitt will move up in the national polls.
This is before Fred has even declared. Once he declares, it’s going to quickly get down to Fred vs. Rudy, with Rudy ending up with the short stick.
If Fred declares, the nomination is his.
Thats a national poll. Given that McCain, Giuliani and Thompson are all nationally recognized namesDid you actually look at the poll. Romney started out AHEAD of Fred, then drifted downward, month after month. What? Are you saying he LOST NAME RECOGNITION?
Sorry, Reganesque, Romney's going nowhere fast, unless Fred decides not to enter.
