“Read up on this case, you might learn something.”

I’ve noted that you have a personal interest in the illegal alien issue. Sutton is a point man for you, much like OJ became point man for one LA jury.

And I notice with some irony that one of your positions regarding Sutton's prosecution of Ramos and Compean was that they should've been given a pass simply because they were Border Patrol agents. Well, what about Aleman here? Why can't you cut him some slack? It's only three little illegal alien girls. /s

My position is clear: law enforcement officers who break the law should be prosecuted. The reason you have brought nothing, absolutely nothing to this thread is because if you tried, your hypocrisy would make your head explode.

My, my, such wit. I haven’t seen its like since high school. No real surprise given the name you choose for yourself, I suppose.

Since that technique is neither impressive nor distracting why don’t you get back to defending your interest in illegal immigration, and quit pretending your crush on Johnny Sutton has anything to do with a zeal for justice.

Maybe closer to the mark is that you just like seeing LEOs get prosecuted.

Sutton puts away another border patrol agent on flimsy "evidence."
What an amazing coindence.

This, from someone whose intitial contribution to the thread was, "Sutton's boy cheerleader." I have my moniker, what's your excuse. [hoot]

That’s so true. What’s a couple extra illegal immigrants, anyway?

Bad news for Sutton’s groupies and other Border Patrol haters:

It is just amazing to me that the “legal” process can come to any conclusion at all in a timely fashion. Sheer tripe.

How much damage to the US did Sutton do by protecting a large scale drug smuggler?

From the article: "'"Noe Aleman told lie after lie to circumvent the very immigration laws that as a Border Patrol agent he was entrusted to enforce,' Jones wrote. 'A jury heard the evidence in this case and convicted him of alien smuggling and conspiracy.'"

We must deport Sutton. He's a threat to our Republic. /s

So quoting Shana Jones, spokeswoman for Johnny Sutton's office, is your idea of independent support for Sutton. You're the sharpest knife in the drawer, 1suttonboy.

Thanks! It appears that the two agents were prosecuted because they did not report the shooting. They were charged with a bunch of other crimes, including a fabulous “altering, fabrication, or destruction” of official records, for not submitting such report. Twisted thinking from my perspective.

Had they filed the policy mandated reports, we would have never heard of them. Pure bureaucratic BS run amuck.

I wish one of the Republican Candidates would say “Upon taking office on Day 1, I would fire Johnny Sutton and pardon Ramos and Compean. Day 2, I would make sure every border agent gets proper backing to protect our borders. I would push hard to build the fence and would tell the open borders crowd to get lost”. He would get my vote.
