“These are the saddest of times and the worst of times for George W. Bush.”
Who, but himself, created this misery? Somehow I have lost any sympathy I ever had for this man.

Would you rather be pardoned of guilt, or found NOT GUILTY on appeal? The man should be totally and completely exonerated in the court of law. Every reasonable legal expert believes he can win on appeal.

No time to go wobbly? Way too late to suggest that.

His war in Iraq continues to truck southA minor issue, but it appears Mr. Pruden is repeating (inadvertently, perhaps) the 'Rat talking point about Iraq being "Bush's war".
IMHO, that's one of the sleaziest rhetorical tricks that the 'Rats use to distance themselves from their own votes to authorize the war in the first place.

“Patrick Fitzgerald of Chicago, was brought in to find out who “outed” Valerie Plame,”
He did, and, it was not Libby. It was a democrat.

I doubt it, that would make too much sense, something the President has studiously avoided since January of 05.

iron fence of secrecy and security surrounding the White House
If a fence is good enough to secure the White House, why not our southern border?

As it turns out, she was not a secret agent at all, but little more than a clerk assigned to clip and paste newspaper and magazine articles. No Mata Hari or Antonia Ford she. "The princess of the pastepot," one of her colleagues called her. Since she was not a secret agent, under the law there was no harm, no foul. Pretty well explains why she was about to move into a job in personnel.

DEA (Don't Expect Anything), because, as my tagline says:
Bush is a coward to the left and a tyrant to the right.

This is simple. Since Sandy Berger got off scott free he may as well pardon Berger and Libby with the same pen. Let the Democrats complain.

...Go wobbly?...Go wobbly?... Hell, Newt Gingrich is Gone
Dick Army is Gone
Tom Delay is Gone
John Ashcroft is Gone
Donald Rumsfeld is Gone
We are relegated to watching "Quisling" Trent Lott and a "Doddering" Arlen Specter...
Lets face it...we are witnessing the "Panty-Waisting" of the Republican Party...VERY SAD.
