HILLARY CLINTON ENGAGED IN FELONIES CAUGHT ON VIDEO SUBMITTED FOR JUDICIAL REVIEW IN CALIFORNIA

The UNITED STATES JUSTICE FOUNDATION (USJF) today filed a REPLY BRIEF in response to HILLARY RODHAM CLINTON'S REPLY in the Appeal of Peter F. Paul in Paul v Clinton et al , seeking reversal of an order granting CLINTON First Amendment protection for her illegal campaign solicitations under California's anti-SLAPP law. The REPLY BRIEF was filed with the California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District Court, in Los Angeles County, California, in the case of PAUL v. CLINTON, et al., Case No. BC304174. In addition, USJF filed a Motion to Admit New Evidence comprising a DVD containing a five minute video taped phone conversation initiated by HILLARY RODHAM CLINTON to Peter F. Paul, joined by Spider Man creator Stan Lee, on July 17, 2000. Because the incriminating tape was held since May, 2001 and only just released on April 12, 2007 by the office of the U.S.Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, after the Appeal was begun, the Motion to admit this newly obtained evidence was required According to USJF Lead Attorney in the case, D. COLETTE WILSON, of Escondido, California, “The Clinton Reply Brief to our Opening Brief failed to address the substance of any of the allegations that have been made by Peter Paul against defendant Hillary Clinton.
Unfortunately, Clinton's trademark use of character assassination to hide from the cold hard evidence of her misconduct provides the sole basis of the Clinton defense. With the recent release of the smoking gun video of Hillary Clinton's phone call to Peter Paul only days after Paul was advised by President Clinton to fund and produce Hillary Clinton's largest fundraiser as part of a post White House employment package with President Clinton, there can no longer be any doubt of Hillary Clintons knowledge and personal involvement in obtaining and directing the largest illegal campaign contribution ever linked to a federal candidate. It is truly ironic that Hillary Clinton's counsel, in a desperate effort to remove her as a defendant in this case, have subjected her illegal conduct to judicial review for the first time in her career, something she has avoided through numerous grand jury investigations directed at her misconduct since she entered the White House in 1992."
Election Law expert John Armor, who has represented presidential candidates from Eugene McCarthy to John Anderson, declared after reviewing the tape, “This videotape proves that Hillary Clinton was fully involved in this fund-raiser. It also proves that she committed at least two clear felonies under the campaign finance laws. Worst of all, this evidence was withheld by Hillary Clinton from both the court, the Grand Jury and the FEC for five years, effectively thwarting all federal investigations.” USJF is a non-profit legal action foundation, now headquartered in Ramona, California. EXACTLY what does the 5 minutes contain? I appreciate yoru diligence doug, but it seems each time one of these “gotcha” style threads appears, there’s little proof in the pudding.

Peter - Paul? The band or the guys that make candy.
You will see the five minutes on Tuesday. You will see Hillary commenting on the fundraiser and admitting being fully briefed by Kelly Craighead, head of her advance team. You will hear her thank Peter Paul and Stan Lee and offer her help. She will thank them for the fundraiser FOR HER, NOT FOR A SOFT-MONEY COMMITTEE. Kelly Craighead had participated in an earlier conference call and solicited Peter for the donation. Craighead has never been called by the FEC, by the prosecutor in the Rosen trial, or by the Senate Ethics Committee.
The bottom line is that Hillary’s knowledge, participation, solicitation, and coordination made the over $1.6 mil paid by Peter AN ILLEGAL DONATION FROM THE BEGINNING. The federal limit was $2,000.
One of most insidious parts of this story is that an assistant US Attorney withheld this information during investigations. He even tried to withhold it four weeks ago by not sending it along with the rest of Peter’s tapes he was holding from Peter’s case. Because it was on the list as being in their possession, however, he had no choice but to finally give it to Peter.
When will Obama or Edwards have the courage to use this info. She has her smear team working day and night going after Obama.
I agree, unless there is some proffed pudding ... it all means nothing. Especially in a Calif. court room with a high profile Celeb!
Gee, if she’s charged with a felony, wouldn’t that keep her busy for the next year or so defending her position. And withholding all this stuff is kind of like obstruction of justice, isn’t it?
But if she managed to get herself kicked out of the senate as a convicted felon, wouldn’t that also mean that Harry Reid would have to go looking for a new job too?

For an operation like the Pentagon, it wouldn't suprise me if there are thousands of servers, and dozens of EMail servers. Heck, I work for a tiny company and we alone have four email servers.
Her reply when questioned will be “Asked and Answered”..I’ll be shocked if we ever hear of this again.
I don’t know - Obama doesn’t seem particularly “strong” to me, he seems young and inexperienced. Besides, Hillary’s used to being in the shadow of Bill, so she’s accustomed to dealing with charismatic characters. We all know that’s what she lacks - charisma, warmth, etc., so she might see bama as an asset in that dept.
They got Al Capone on tax evasion, so maybe fundraising will throw a rod in the Clinton machine. Lord, I hope something finally sticks to that black pantsuited monstrocity...
