Full Hillary 'smoking gun' video released Filed as evidence in case against New York senator, husband

Hillary Clinton greeted at August 2000 Hollywood gala and fund-raiser by Peter Paul and his wife Andrea (Courtesy Hillcap.org) The full, five-minute videotape touted as "smoking gun evidence" of two felonies committed by Sen. Hillary Clinton has been released to WND.

As WND reported, the tape was submitted as evidence to a California appeals court yesterday in a civil fraud suit against the New York Democrat and her husband, former President Bill Clinton.

WND reported in April the tape indicates Clinton – despite denials throughout six years of investigation – was directly involved with business mogul Peter Franklin Paul in producing a lavish Hollywood fundraiser in August 2000 that eventually cost Paul nearly $2 million.

Here is what I can’t stand:

Imagine if this was some oil executives sitting around planning a fundraiser for George Bush or Dick Cheney. How do you think the press would react to such a video?

Why do people forget that the entertainment INDUSTRY is an INDUSTRY - just like oil. They have executives and make billions every year - just like oil. Their product may be different (although Hollywood probably produces more “crude” than the oil industry) but they are still just businessmen.

It’s outrageous that we don’t refer to these guys as “big entertainment” in the same way that the libs refer to “big oil” and “big pharmaceuticals.” They have more influence on votes and are therefore, more nefariously political. We should start calling out “big entertainment” for it’s ties to the democratic party.

Hillary will skate as usual. She has no core, no soul. The reflection is the mirror is not there. God help us if she is able to cheat her way into the Presidency. Bill’s tenure was the most destructive to our culture and viability. Hers will be exponentially worse for our survival as the lead nation in the world.

Remember the FBI files on Republicans?

During the Watergate era, Charles Colson went to federal prison for having ONE FBI file of a democrat in his possession.

Yet Bill and Hillary have over 400 FBI files on Republicans in their possession, and nothing happens.

Pact with the devil indeed.

(continuing my previous rant)

Moreover...

There are more American entertainment moguls living the gilded lifestyle than there are oil executives. Entertainment fat-cats (including actors) receive lavish compensation packages and we don’t even raise an eyebrow. Whereas if an oil executive gets paid a fist full of dollars, it’s investigated by Congress.

Speaking of congressional investigations - why isn’t Congress investigating price gouging by the entertainment industry? When I was growing up, you could go to a movie for 99 cents. Nowadays, you are lucky to find a theater that charges less that $9. That’s nine times more expensive! Hardly in line with inflation. Could you imagine if GAS increase by a factor of nine?

Something stinks here - and I mean BESIDES the crappy product that Hollywood is putting out.

Well, I've decided to take on a single prayer project concerning those two. I am praying that the case of Vince Foster will be justly resolved.

Pick your own prayer project -- I'm sure you can think of a host of candidates. A few million Christians each praying about a single point of curiosity will achieve far more for the Kingdom than all of them fuming in a state of diffuse aggravation.

And, those who adopt this strategy reduce the mind space occupied by the felonious first couple to a single bullet point on a prayer list, content to leave the rest to God.

(Paul v Clinton) Hillary caught telling some truth in sworn declaration
HillCAP dot org, FEC docs, Peter Paul, Paul’s counsel ^ | 6-21-07 | Doug from Upland

Posted on 06/21/2007 7:54:28 PM PDT by doug from upland

NOTE: since mainstream media reporters either don’t understand Paul v Clinton and the Clinton campaign finance frauds or simply are too lazy to do their homework, we are pleased to be of assistance so that they can do some real reporting.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Hillary and Bill Clinton are masters at parsing words. They create just enough doubt so that they avoid legal jeopardy. Finally, however, it appears that Hillary might have made a major mistake.

On April 7, 2006, I was in Los Angeles Superior courtroom of judge Aurelio Munoz. On that day, David Kendall, the man who has been known to sit on his briefcase to appear taller in his seat, presented Hillary Clinton’s sworn declaration to the court in the civil case Paul v Clinton.

She tried to be very careful with her language.

“In the summer of 2000, I knew Mr. Gary Smith and believed his work to be professional and of very high quality. I remember that he was asked to produce a fundraising event for my Senate campaign, which was held on August 12, 2000.”

In that seemingly innocuous statement, she made an admission that Team Hillary has been denying for six years. “...fundraiser for my Senate campgaign.” That was an amazing statement because Hillary’s counsel has been maintaining all along that Peter Paul’s in-kind contribution of over $1.6 million for the Hollywood Gala was a soft money donation. She actually admitted in that declaration that the fundraiser was for her Senate campaign —— NOT FOR A JOINT FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE.

That admission is stunning. In this document,” her legal counsel said the following:

Sept. 28, 2001

RYAN, PHILLIPS, UTRECHT & MACKINNON

Complainant specifically alleges that he made contributions of $1.9 million, both cash and in-kind, to the Hillary Rodham Clinton for U.S. Senate Committee and that the committee “improperly and/or inaccurately reported” the contributions. The evidence cited by Complainant, however, directly contradicts his claim. The August 12,2000 event was a joint findraiser held by New York Senate 2000, it was not a Hillary Rodham Clinton for U.S. Senate Committee event. Any payments for costs associated with the event made by third parties would be in-kind contributions to the joint fundraising committee. Complainant alleges, without any evidence supporting his claim, that he “personally financed the entire event.” His contribution then, if it were actually made, would have been an in-kind contribution to the joint fundraising committee - not the Hillary Rodham Clinton for U.S. Senate Committee. Neither Senator Clinton, nor her campaign committee were responsible for reporting contributions made to New York Senate 2000. And New York Senate 2000 would not be responsible for reporting contributions from Complainant that were not made.

Lyn Utrecht and James Lamb (signed by Lyn Utrecht)

Now, let me help you mainstream media journalists so you understand what this all means. Pay attention. Hillary has admitted in a sworn declaration that the Hollywood Gala was for her Senate campaign. That meant that all of the money spent by Peter Paul in excess of $2,000 WAS ILLEGAL. He actually had given a $2,000 check at the Spago lunch he sponsored (so did his wife). Howard Wolfson, Hillary’s lying weasel spokesman, was trotted out a few days after the Gala and made a public pronouncement that the $2,000 was being returned. Of course, after Peter’s two decades old involvement in the Cuban Coffee Caper was revealed, they would take no money from Peter Paul.

The depositions should indeed be very interesting. We are getting closer. It is easy to misspeak, and we all occasionally do that. It is less easy to make an error while writing. When you swear to a declaration, however, there is no room for misspeaking or making an error. Hillary thought it out carefully and, although she didn’t mean to do it, she told the truth in that sentence. The fundraiser was for her Senate campaign.

It will also be interesting to see what the attorneys will say who claimed that the money from Peter Paul was for the joint committee, not Hillary’s Senate campaign. In an official communication to a government agency that was conducting an official investigation, did they deliberately lie? That would be a felony and subject them to being prosecuted and disbarred.

On Tuesday, you are going to see the full 5-minute video of the conference call between Hillary, Peter, Stan Lee, and Aaron Tonken. The short teaser version is here. Hillary helped solicit and coordinate the Gala. Over $1.6 million was a hard money donation from its inception. It was illegal from its inception. It is the largest campaign finance fraud in history.Journalists, I hope that has been helpful. We done much of your work for you. Write the damn story!

A three-judge panel of the Califonia Appellate Court is now in possession of this material. Unless they are totally corrupt Clintonistas, Hillary should be brought back into Paul v Clinton as a defendant.

This evidence was just turned over to the California Appellate Court, which is going to determine whether Hillary is brought back into Paul v Clinton as a defendant. Lying weasel Howard Wolfson, at her direction, told the WASHPOST and the world three days after the Hollywood Gala that Peter Paul gave no money.

Easy. this is an attack on a powerful woman by rich white conservative men. It is designed to take attention away from scandals like Mark Foley and the sleaze rampant in the republican party. This shows why we must regulate right wing talk radio hosts who are thoe source of all these lies and falsehoods told about our public servants. ....and the old standby: prosecuting Hillary won't feed one starving child.

Remember the FBI files on Republicans?

Damn right I do, and I shake my head in wonder at it all.

I'm sure she got Al Damato's (sp?) file, he chaired a hearing on them, while simultaneously acting as her defense advocate. But was it only Repub's she got hold of? John Glenn, who I'd always admired, did her the same service on a subsequent hearing. Did she have anything on him? Of course he got another turn on the NASA tilt-a-whirl, but that bit of carrot wasn't commensurate with the integrity made forfeit.

It's funny when you look back: everything she charged Nixon with, she has done. Nixon must have trully been innocent, else she would have worshipped him instead of prosecute.

One thing she got right: she Nifonged Billy Dale and boosted the FBI files first thing on taking the reigns, while good will prevailed. If you're going to do something, that's when you do it, nobody wants to see you charged for corruption during your first few weeks. If you're caught, you apologize and everybody assumes you didn't understand things: "oh, I guess you didn't realize, this isn't Arkansas dear."

But here's a thought: what's the shelf life of those files. How good's the insurance policy if most of the subjects are out to pasture? Not as good as they were when fresh, I'd bet.
