Sounds like he is a ‘YES’ Vote on CLOTURE.
Therefore, he is a weasel.

(Speaker Pelosi - Three cheers for Amnesty!)
You all need to gin up some calls to him so he feels the pain in store if he votes for cloture. He has a large number of Mexican constituents, and needs to hear from the other side.

Great letter, l_s.
If we can't keep track of and enforce the visas we've already issued, how are we going to deal with twelve to twenty million more?
With YOUR tax money!!

“”You may also be interested to know that I introduced amendments that would have ended the policy of sanctuary cities.””
Blah Blah Blah.
With passage of the bill the immediate mass legalization of tens of millions of illegals will make “sanctuary cities” pointless. The whole country will become a sanctuary.
All enforcement will cease as meaningless.

Looks like a NO on cloture. He can’t support the act currently before the floor is what I think it said.
has been excellent is updating the vote tally on cloture. They called Coleman's office yesterday:
Staffers for Norm Coleman, R-Minn., said that he has concerns that the bill is incomplete, particularly if it does not include his "sanctuary city" amendment, but until that issue is resolved, he cannot say with certainty how he will vote on cloture.

In order to be here, I believe that immigrants must undergo background checks, demonstrate proof of employment, possess English proficiency and an understanding of civics, and pay a monetary penalty if they entered illegally
In other words he's for amnesty.
All the rest of the crap is just window dressing for the fatal fact: they get to stay, because they decided to, not us.
It's amnesty if you get to keep the money after robbing the bank. Even if you said you were sorry and gave back a little of it.
Except for the salutation, I received the same letter from Normoron after telling him he’ll be able to hold his reelection rallies in a phone booth if he doesn’t join in the killing of this bill. The amount of nuancing in that letter would make Kewwy proud.
Coleman. Ain’t he a former dem? Another Rino that can change his mind in mid-stream methinks. Beware.

Whenever I hear the phrase "current law is broken" what I think is government won't enforce current law and wants more power. Norm has never been anything but a posturing weasel. His support for pro-life issues has been the only thing that has secured my vote. He is Jorge's boy and always has been.

Through all this BS, not one elected official has ever addressed why the '86 laws aren't enforced.
I guess they need new laws so their names can be in lights to justify their over-paid posteriors...

The fix is in
everything coming out of D.C. is merely really bad Kabuki theater. These guys call the shots
it’s our elected officials who have to suffer the heat for those working behind the scenes
but you don’t want to turn up the heat too much or you’ll find out what all those FEMA camps Haliburton International’s built are for
Here’s where we’re headed whether we like it or not.

(DEMAND IMMEDIATE, OPEN INVESTIGATIONS OF U.S. COMPLICITY IN RWANDAN GENOCIDE!)
Norm will not vote NO one the first cloture vote because he has proposed an enforcement amendment.
With that said, he better darn well vote NO on cloture vote #2 or we can say hello to Senator Franken.
