At this point, I'm going to give the Republican Party credit for good timing. The fact that they are blind about illegal immigration does not take away from their skill in swiftboating an opponent.

Excellent summary of the complex legal issues involved. The fact that the legal issues are complex doesn’t make her any less guilty, however. After all, she’s a lawyer and a candidate, and her feet should be held to the fire for this.
You could have a video of her shooting tied-up puppies for fun, and the MSM still wouldn’t dare air it or even mention it in passing.
Some people bring these things up because they are never going to wave the white French surrender flag. Others would just rather sit on their butts and complain.
Finally, Hillary is going to be under oath this year in Paul v Clinton. Finally, after a 2-year battle with a US Atty, Peter was able to get the video that memorializes their conversation showing solicitation, participation, and coordination. That video was withheld during federal investigations.

I have been trying the get the mainstream to report this for a long time. I’m made more phone calls and sent more emails than I can count. After David Rosen was acquitted in the sham trial in Los Angeles in May of 2005, they have wanted to pretend it is all over.
Not one mainstream media source ever reported that a trial date had been set for the former and impeached president.

Prediction... IF they go on the stand (which I think WILL change), the scope of questioning will be reduced to the point of nothingness IMO. These people have too many political judges and connections to make them sit under oath anywhere to be asked incrimidating stuff.
If you get her on technical; purgery like Libby, but Clinton will get no one to prosecute her.
This is a civil trial. Depositions have wide latitude. Prior to depositions, I will show you the questions I want to see answered. Besides Hillary, the testimony of Kelly Craighead should be very interesting. She was never called before the FEC or during the Rosen trial. Jurors in the Rosen trial said they would have liked to hear her testimony. Jim Levin testified that Craighead and Rosen got into shouting matches about the cost of the event compared to what it would raise. The prosecutor threw this case like the 1919 Chicago Blacksox.
I won’t count the chickens until they are in the barn.
The California Supreme Court has already decided this goes to trial for Bill and producer Gary Smith. They cannot stop it. A trial date was actually set, but Peter delayed that so that the California Appellate Court can hear arguments why Hillary should be brought back in as a defendant. She is not going to be able to stop discovery.
Finally, that lying weasel Howard Wolfson is going to be under oath.

No big deal, but she does get INVOLVED IMO after the 7 minute mark. Good Luck in getting people under oath in court. Prayers for you folks as well.
He could maybe also conveniently die soon to not be a witness, never know around that bunch.
PS: Cher, Rosie, Jimmy Smitds(sp), Brad Pitt and others were mentioned in the video, so add those to Stan Lee before comments get turned off on the video, because once it catches traction, if not booted off YouTube, it will be made a stagnant video.
