I think America is the best country in the world for people of African decent. However, because of liberal white America and black America, I tend to think Europe is a better environment to raise a family.

Well said. I’ve always wondered why high schools in poorer districts don’t encourage military recruiters in order to give their students another life option, something other than drugs or welfare. Although your situation was different (sounds like you had other choices for your life), the military can be a way for someone who is hardworking and ambitious to get at the least a chance for higher education and/or a skill, and at the most an honorable and respected career. Thank you for your servie, and for your insight.

It’s sad that politics have boiled down to Two Americas as defined by the Carolina Ambulance Chaser Edwards.

Only in this case Jessie and Al and there enablers have split America along racial lines.

I believe America is at another crossroads in history that has been a long time coming.

The decisions we make today will have far reaching consequences for future generations.

Americas future is way to important to be left in the hands of idealists on the left.

I can't tell you how much flack I've gotten from my grad school classmates for seeking to join the Army. Most of them think it's a waste of my degree - "You could get sent to Iraq!!!"

You keep standing on your principals Sister! And please be safe! I have heard many service members say they were safer in Baghdad than they feel when they return home. And that is so sad! It’s everywhere, so much so that there is more death in a lot of the major cities every single day, than in Iraq! The war at home. It’s enough to make any compassionate person want to cry. And the more socialism takes over these cities, the worse it gets, as socialism and law and order, accountability, responsibility, are incompatible.

Great post.
I totally agree that black liberals and white liberals are some of the worst types of racist I have ever seen.
The black community needs to wake up think and think for it self.
My grandfather proudly served in the Navy and was in the Korean War.
We as black people need to appreciate the military and thank God we have these men and women serving and rid ourselves of this thug hip hop culture.
