I was IN Johannesburg the last time it snowed! We had a grand old time...we lived in Berea at the time. Now Berea looks like a war zone.

I was IN Johannesburg the last time it snowed! We had a grand old time...we lived in Berea at the time. Now Berea looks like a war zone. Flew into Jo'burg spent the night at the Intercontinental Hotel at the airport and flew north to Botswana early the next day. On our return we stopped in Jo'burg for brief layover on our way to Cape Town. Returning to the US we flew thru Jo'burg, once again a brief layover. No desire to visit Jo'burg, although Pretoria intrigues me somewhat ... maybe next trip.
