The loons seem to have taken over FR. Bush-bashing runs rampant, and far too many people are actively trying to destroy any support for the Republican party. It’s why I don’t participate anymore. Far too many comments here can be found at DU too.

I’d like to see a campaign started involving democrats and republicans who are fed up with the politicians and thier politics as usual where there would be a designated day where everybody goes to local election supervisors office and changes thier party affiliation to independent.
It just might send a strong enough message.
I’m just trying to figure out a way to send them a message without having to do it at the expense of an election itself.

I don’t trust that these new provisions will be enforced as the current laws are not. Not to mention funding not being approved.
There’s no mention of the amnesty on this page except at the end:

Last I checked this was a conservative web site. If the pubs want votes get the chamber of commerce to vote for them.
If the money goes into the local economy, that would be a much better use of it.

Yep. I am officially no longer a Republican. I am a conservative. 99% of the conservatives I will support happen to be Republicans, but many Republicans are not conservatives, and I will have no part of them.
