Some of these guys could smell the coffee on this vote. Some were changing their vote once they saw it would not pass. “If it’s not going to pass, then I’ll vote no”.

“Which RINOs are up for re-election in 2008?”

Pandsey Grahamnesty, the biggest RINO of them all, is up for DEFEAT in 2008.

I wish him well in his new life selling insurance :)

Brown’s smart enough to want to avoid the coming storm, likely too little-too late though...

I was impressed with McCaskill on the Limbaugh show. I’m glad she was able to drag Bond to the right side.

Thanks for the list. It’s a keeper!

I’m surprised and pleased that Bernie Sanders voted the right way on this. I’ve always said that he may be a moonbat, but he has a good heart. Unlike Leaky Leahy, who is a Cold, Calculating Fish of the worst kind.

Go, Bernie!

If the RINOs aren’t defeated in the primaries then there is very little alternative but to vote for them in the general, just hold your noses. We could probably do alright and get rid of a couple of them, Specter and Hagel for starters.

Well Martinez was elected in ‘04 unfortunately , so he has a few more years of RINOism until he gets defeated in the primaries .

Can’t wait to send money to Grahamnesty’s primary opponent though ...

Kyl has been a total disappointment ...

Not Voinovich (and any others in his position). You don't get to vote "yes" and then switch to the politically more popular "no" after you see that the "yes" votes are failing.

Any senator who switched an actual vote or who slow walked their vote to be able to vote on the winning side gets no forgiveness.

Fun with spell check: one of the suggested replacements for Voinovich is Knavish.

UNbeeeeeelieveable!!!

Commie tommy Harkin finally voted for America. I am assuming someone threatened his family.

Harkin was AS ALWAYS coy to the end, I called an hour before this vote. Never never has he voted for anything but socialism and the defeat of AmericA.

Freeper People—you made a major difference—remain vigilant. We did prevail. Tomorrow is a new challenge. We will and must meet it.

We have our list of who to not re-elect and send packing. They’re toast. These traitors are banking on our forgetting. Wrong!

My husband believes the Republicans that voted for it did so because they are afraid a more liberal bill will be made and passed. That they were trying to nail down the most conservative approach to this whole thing.

I'm actually shocked that Bayh (D-IN) voted NO. Of course he probably has some rationalization that has nothing to do with America and our sovereignty.

Not supposed about Lugar's Yea vote though. He's a RINO and has to GO! Unfortunately he's safe until 2012.

Don’t forget Brownback and Voinovich who switched to NO after the writing was on the wall.

Keep an eye on these two. They can’t be counted on, to do the right things.

Here's the story behind those numbers, folks . . . Look at all the NO votes from Democrats in "Red" states.

At first glance, it looks like Stabenow (MI) is the only Democrat from a "Blue" state to vote NO.

The other story behind those numbers is that a substantial portion of the Republican Party is perfectly content to pitch George W. Bush overboard before he leaves office.

“Don’t forget Brownback and Voinovich who switched to NO after the writing was on the wall.”

To further clarify, those two voted for cloture today, then changed their votes at the last minute, to make it look like they were against it all along.
