Of course not...wish I could find a transcript of that award winning performance Thursday between Kennedy and Feinstein...I believe it was the two of them that when into a dramatic dialog on the Senate Floor about how if the bill didn’t pass, there were be NO FUNDS for border security, the fence, additional BP, and the beds needed for detaining.
